TRAVEL & TRANSPORTATION
PASSPORT – Required for travel to Mexico.

FLIGHTS – Into Los Cabos International Airport
All flights will be booked into Los Cabos International Airport (SJD). The resort is a quick 40-minute transfer from the airport. All flights will be booked to land by noon on May 31st.
AIR TICKETING – Completed through online registration.
Roundtrip coach airfare will be ticketed for you and a guest over the event dates. Airline reservations will be booked based on the information you provide during the registration process. A detailed flight itinerary will be sent to you to review for accuracy. You are responsible for reviewing this itinerary and emailing back your approval. Once approved, it will be ticketed and confirmed. At this point, you will be financially responsible for any changes made to the ticket.
ARRIVAL AT LOS CABOS AIRPORT
Once you exit the plane, all passengers will proceed through immigration where they will check your passport and then proceed to baggage claim. Once you collect your luggage, please proceed through customs and outside the terminal where transportation representatives will be located holding signs with the Discount Tire & Service Center logo. After you pass customs keep walking until you get all the way outside. You will pass by many time share agents that can be very aggressive. Proceed to outside where you will find your transportation host under umbrella 6.
ARRIVAL AT HILTON LOS CABOS
Upon arrival at Hilton Los Cabos, you will be greeted by event staff who will escort you to registration. No need to wait for your luggage; it will be sent directly to your room. Be sure all your luggage is tagged with a bag tag with your name so delivery to your room is not delayed.
FOOD & BEVERAGE PACKAGE
A food and beverage package has been included in your reservation to cover all meals and beverages, including alcohol. A more detailed description of what is included and where will be provided one week before travel and onsite in your welcome packet.
GROUP TRANSPORTATION
Transportation will be provided for all group tours scheduled off-site. Upon check-in, you will receive a reminder for tour/activity departure times, as well as a departure notice for your return to the airport at the conclusion of the program.
